Terms of Service

Last updated July 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of the FloatOS platform and floatos.nl. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Definitions

  • “FloatOS”, “we”, “us” — the provider of the platform.
  • “Service” — the FloatOS software, website and related services.
  • “You”, “customer” — the business or person using the Service.

The service

FloatOS provides booking, scheduling, commerce and management software for wellness businesses. We continuously develop the Service and may add, change or remove features.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must use the Service lawfully and not misuse or attempt to disrupt it.

Trial, plans and billing

FloatOS offers a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required to continue. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider unless agreed otherwise. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude VAT unless stated.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and will try to minimise disruption.

Intellectual property

FloatOS and its software, design and content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service and grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Your data and privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where FloatOS processes personal data on your behalf, a data-processing agreement applies, available on request.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FloatOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
