A membership is a recurring payment (e.g. unlimited floating per month). A package is a prepaid bundle of credits the customer redeems per booking.
What you'll need
- 1At least one service and a connected payment provider.
- 2An idea of your price and (for packages) how many credits and how long they're valid.
Creating a package
- 1Go to Sales → Packages and click New package.
- 2Set the number of credits, the price and the validity period.
- 3Link the service category the credits apply to.
Memberships are charged automatically. You'll see failed payments right on your dashboard.
The result
Members and package holders automatically pay with their balance when booking — no manual work at the desk.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when a package expires?
Remaining credits expire on the end date you set. You can see per customer how many credits are still open.
