Composing a campaign

- 2Write your message, or use the AI assistant for a first draft.
- 3Choose your audience and send now or schedule a send time.
The AI assistant writes in your center's tone. You always keep the final edit — nothing goes out without your approval.
Common mistakes
- 1Sending to everyone: only opted-in customers may receive your newsletter.
- 2Not setting a subject or preview, which keeps your open rate low.
